In the year 2003 the Justice, Crime Peace and Security (JCPS) Cluster took a decision to undertake the review of the Criminal Justice System. Mr. President the review of the Criminal Justice System and the outcome of the Khampepe Judicial commission requires us to address this matter urgently.
